Preparation: Shake chilled pouch thoroughly then add 125ml ( 1 serve) & 1 egg white* into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake very vigorously for 20 seconds then strain with a fine sieve into cocktail glass. Add 3-4 drops of Angustora bitters from the pipette provided.
Each 500ml pouch makes 4 cocktails.
*Improves texture and look, but is not necessary if you want to avoid using egg.
