Haroosh originates from the Northeast of Scotland and produced by Lost Loch Spirits, makers of Enoo premium gin. It has been made by the family for over 100 years. Bramble berries would be foraged every autumn then left to infuse with local honey and whisky, slowly transforming into haroosh.
The bramble berries are foraged from the Royal Deeside area and sourced from berry farms in Angus. The mixture of heather, clover and willow herb honey, all sourced from a local master beekeeper. The bees collect nectar from various locations in and around the Dee valley, which helps to give haroosh a unique natural sweetness.
